A video and audio case study is central to persuading learners not just to see change is possible but also to ensure they are motivated to drive change agendas in their own countries. Working closely with anti-corruption experts from Harvard and the ex-Mayor of La Paz, we developed this video based case study. We blended interactive analysis tools with location and archive video materials shot on location in La Pazto provide a pack which will be used by the World Bank Institute in major public organizations globally.
