Leading from the Middle
BBC WIL has worked extensively with the UK’s National College for School Leadership (NCSL) on their programme for middle leaders in schools, Leading from the Middle.
As part of BBC WIL’s contribution to the programme, we provided activity-rich online materials. These included information screens, reusable leadership tools and an innovative simulation - Virtual School.
Throughout the production, we were determined to produce more than a ‘book online’, and so translated as much of the learning as possible into engaging activity.
