The structure of the Leadership Pathways programme for NCSL (National Collage for School Leadership) enables participants to tailor the materials to their own learning needs, and their school’s particular context. Our modularised content provides relevant and timely learning experiences. Participants are able to choose from a range of activities and tools, which respond to their learning styles and strategies.
