Leadership Pathways
Leadership Pathways is a comprehensive, blended learning programme for school leaders, commissioned by the UK’s National College for School Leadership (NCSL). It provides a personalised approach, in convenient modules, to the professional development of school leaders.
BBC WIL combined on-screen and workplace-based activities, which allow users to put their learning into context within their own professional practice. We used SCORM-based interactive exercises and tools alongside authentic audio and video-based case studies. We also exploited network and text message technology to connect users and make opportunities for collaborative learning.
